1. Random Vlog from a random day in Paris :)

  2. This is the Vlog I recorded right after I put the lock on Pont Des Arts for Amy Gilbert.

  3. My first Vlog from my trip to Paris. I wish I had taken more of these to document my time there but I’m glad I took the ones I did!

Here you go. Outside Shakespeare and Company Bookstore, on the Left Bank.

  4. Good lord I miss this face! Can’t wait to snuggle my Sophie tomorrow :)

  5. I went up the Eiffel Tower today! I repeat! I went up the Eiffel Tower today!

It was so amazing. I only waited in line for an hour, from the moment I stepped into the line to the moment I got on the lift. Not bad at all!

At the ticket office on the ground, there was a sign apologizing for the inconvenience, but the top of the tower was closed (which I was warned can happen sometimes without warning, due to wind or rain). But then when I got to the second level, the top was actually open! Yay!

The lift to the second level (I skipped the first level) was almost like a tram; it went along a curved track. It went pretty fast but it wasn’t scary. The views from the second level are so beautiful. It’s low enough to the ground that you can still make out details and landmarks, and high enough that you can see all of Paris.

I went up at the perfect time. It was still twilight when I was on the second level, so I could see everything, and by the time I got to the top, it was dark, so I could see all the beautiful lights!

The elevator ride to the top was terrifying. I felt like we were just going to keep rising forever. And I felt completely uneasy the entire time I was up top. I took it all in and I still loved it, but I spent no more than five minutes up there before I decided it was time to come down.

I’m so glad I did it this time, because last time I was here, my dad and I decided that we didn’t want to go up! I’m glad I’ve now been up there. It was awesome.

  7. Went on the Paris Sewer tour today and had lunch on the Champs Élysées! It was beautiful earlier but then it got really cold.

My original plan was to go up to Eiffel Tower tonight finally but it’s cold, cloudy and rainy now! It’s only 4 o clock though. Realistically, I wouldn’t want to be lining up until about seven or eight anyways! So I’m playing it by ear.

The sewer tour was really interesting! I even saw a cute lil rat. And the Champs Élysées was of course gorgeous, but there were SO many people there! It was crazy. And the Arc de Triomphe is glorious, of course. I decided not to go to the top though.

Anyways, fingers crossed for nice weather for me please! :)

  8. Just casually FaceTime-ing with my dog.

  9. I went to the cutest little seafood place in Paris tonight. Highly rated and recommended!

Everything was raw. Everything. It was all so fresh! Clams and mussels and shrimp and other clams and oysters and escargot and yum!!

    Anyways here you go :)

  10. More beautiful photos from the Père Lachaise cemetery.

Cotelle Mackintosh, this is the first time I’ve seen your name anywhere else! And Alix LeDuc, I found you too.

At first I thought that might be kind of morbid and weird, but the stones were so beautiful I had to show you two!
